Easy to follow. Additional materials are a great source.
Clear and Concise, easy to follow and at a pace which gives you time to think about the information being presented to you. I can be very cynical about some on-line training courses and rightly so because they are terrible, this was at the other end of the scale. Well done to all involved for putting this together, top notch.
It dealt with the subject simply and without jargon, made useful suggestions, pointed you to extra resources and actually all made a lot of good sense for people with and without any current issues
Very clearly and simply presented, enjoyed watching it. Good selection of questions at the end.
I found the course informative and structured, also provided me with useful tools to deal with my mental health and also to deal with my colleagues potential mental health problems .
The course was good but the slide shows had been aborted, I passed the course with 85% but I think if I was able to see the slide shows I would have possibly got 100%.
I like how the clip are short but full of information
This was a well laid out, simple to understand course which gave me plenty of food for thought especially given the situation we are currently in with COVID
The course successfully creates an awareness of mental health and the workings of the mind. It contains pointers to recognising negative thought patterns, and to changing them, over time, to thinking more positively.
For some reason the video clip kept on freazing, so i had to go back to the beginning "perhaps it's my hand set .But over all i was pleased with 100% Thanks.
