I found the description of various mental illnesses particularly useful.
This course made me think more about my mental health situation and how it links with my exercise routine. It also made me think about situations where people may have been suffering from mental health and how that affected their reactions.

Important for Line managers to ensure we have the understanding to recognise signs and symptoms and know how to ensure correct signposting to the correct people to work with individuals.
Seemed quite patronising, not an easy topic to cover, but give the audience some credit for understanding a bit more surely?...The booklet and links were better though

a hard subject to tackle . well done .
Thoroughly enjoyed the training and it also highlighted the need for me to be "kind to myself" - especially as my work is emotionally draining at this time, supporting parent carers. Thank you for making me "touch base" with myself.
Was extremely well presented and a lot of information and help for anyone suffering from depression, anxiety etc
