It was simple to understand

This training course tackled mental health issues in a positive way which hopefully will resonate with those that may be struggling and help those that have not experienced mental health issues to better understand. The training was simple to follow and included some really useful information on easy steps we can all benefit from to improve mental wellbeing.I have suffered from poor mental health in the past due to work related stress and fortunately I was able to access support from my GP that helped me to develop better coping strategies as highlighted in this training.

An interesting course.

A thought provoking course which will be of benefit for everyone in the Branch to complete, both for their own mental health and to help to support our colleagues.

Good Course

Course was very informative and clear to understand, I feel that the E-Learning is a better course structure than class based courses as its less intimidating and can be completed at your own pace.

Good informative course

This course is good, it gives an outline of a lot of the mental health related illnesses and gives and insight for those who maybe don't understand or have never experienced any of these illnesses before. Hopefully by education and informing everybody we can minimise and help people with mental health issues to speak out and get help before it's too late and improve the quality of life they are having both at work and at home.
