It was very basic and did not I learn anything new. I was familiar with all the resources and reference materials.
A strong positive message to try & help yourself with various ideas that are very well explained, plus not to fear asking for help. Be watchful of others as we all need help & support along the way.

Good presentations, simple to follow with good documentation to download. It does make one aware of one's own problems and about the people we are surrounded by, as well as the approaches that are either already taken or need to be taken! NOTE: for General computer skills referenced below, it should be quoting Google Apps before Microsoft.
Very informative
I don't think telling someone to think positive or practise breathing is a good way to promote mental health problems. Maybe some more research should be done into people who suffer with mental health as well as how different work places enforce it. Being told to think or act in a certain way because your health is suffering and drinking water makes it go away isn't helpful and it felt like this course really didn't take mental health seriously.
The course is quite stretched out and slow. I found it hard to stay focused because there were periods of boredom because each section went on a bit too long.
Very good introduction to being able to gain a better understanding of how mental health issues affect people
All information was explained well with helpful solutions I definitely will be putting some into my daily routine and having more me time
