However, having to click next then play was a bit annoying but all in all was very good.
Hi the course was good my internet is very slow it took double the time to watch it so keeping alert and trying to take everything in when you are watching the buffering logo in the middle between the sections is very hypnotic
These on line training are.very good, but do not allow colleagues to talk and share experiences and bear practice, which would have been prompted if in a social meeting environment.
Thanks - really accessible introduction to mental health awareness - at work and at home.Well set out, and easy to navigate...Some of the resources, though, would be good to be able to download for future use / revision?
The course is broken up into smaller sections that make it interesting and not drawn out. The facility to read the transcript is handy if you miss anything or need to understand a part better. Also the replay function helps to go over something that may not have been grasped the first time round.

Useful to break the wider issues down into chunks, recognise them for what they are, and have a few ideas and techniques to tackle problems in the short-term and longer-term.
If everybody was honest with themselves this would help, and it is really good to talk and have a understanding of your mental wellbeing the world would be a better place perhaps this is what is wrong and people don't like to open up.
A timely reminder of how to maintain good mental health and a good overview.
