A great informative course covering lots of different aspects regarding mental health. The presenters were both professional yet 'friendly' in their presenting way. There were lots of informative pieces and ideas such as what not and what to eat, info on exercising and the different types of mental health and how much it affects people. Really useful and enjoyable.

Felt it was a bit ironic when we are talking about subjects such as stress and anxiety to find that you are presented with a test on completion of course content. I feel that this is a valid observation.
This course was very clearly presented which made it easy to understand and stay focused. There was clear simple language used throughout. The messages regarding what to do in situations could relate to most people and situations we may find ourselves in. Thanks you
Really great course, very informative and very important knowledge that everyone should hold.
Good training, not too long but allowing longer to be spent on any areas of particular interest. Clearly explained in a straight-forward manner.

This course/training was very good and quite informative.
The course was very useful and informative, especially in these times of working from home and social distancing, and I will be putting some of the ideas regarding Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and also the Science of Thinking into practice.
