The course is very amazing and fruitful.
Good coverage of the topic and coping strategies.
The coverage of each point is done in a clear and concise manner and it all leads to the decision that if in need, to talk to anyone is a step on the road to feeling better sooner rather than later. It is not shameful but to talk is like turning a tap on your busy head and letting all the water out (Negative thoughts) .

More detail would have been helpful, the course only touched on the highest level elements.
Well presented and thought provoking. Please improve the test though - its far too easy and obvious. I think most people would score highly without even doing the training!

The course should omit saying what the course is about to inform and just inform Very basic content seem to be aimed at Junior school children
A good course, but it forced me to re-visit a place I wanted to forget. My Partner suffered with Bipolar and anorexia, and was close to being sectioned in the not too distant past. After 3 months (away from home) in Basingstoke Hospital, and a custom drug routine, she has made a very good recovery. She is still on 5 different drugs a day.
