the issues and problems are very wide

It opened my mind of what is judged to be mental Health problems, I have for a long while analysed how the brain develops works and is totally rewireable due to neuroplasticity to enable it to cope and reorganise itself to almost any eventuality, IF you understand its operating system and YOUR personality type. I've happily reprogrammed mine on several occasions to meet different demands placed in my path, some less successfully than others. Life long learning helps, though we must realise we can't know everything.

I found this course really helps you understand with the right help and support people can over come their illnesses. I will defiantly use some of these techniques going forward weather it for myself or others.

much appreciated

A concise, relateable and comprehendable summary of mental health in terms of the impact in the workplace. As someone who was diagnosed with GAD with depressive episodes in 2012, and has been subject to some negative reactions in the workplace, this training endeavouring to educate and normalise such conditions is much appreciated.
