It really brings to your attention how common this problem is and its good to talk.
A reminder that we all feel stressed from time to time. It is important to listen to your body and stay in the present moment. A useful course to remind us that we are not alone and the power of positive thinking.
I personally wouldn't feel comfortable going to any manager, or HR about a mental health problem as I don't feel the company has provided the training for them. As sufferer of depression, and loosing one of my closest friends to the illness I'm keen that the company gets the correct training for the mental health first aiders, and post notices up of who they are so the staff who are suffering, know who to turn to.IanLynch
Most informative and I learned a lot without having to sit through a few hours, made me aware of situations I hadn’t been aware of before

This was a well thought out course. It covers all the main mental health diagnoses and where to find more information, which is really helpful and gives you chance to check-in with yourself after any changes in your life. It creates a good culture in the work place too, that it's good to talk about things rather than bottling them up.
