This was one of the best courses I had to complete and learn about so far of all the courses I have done in the past month or so. It was insightful, full of truths and tips that I could relate to and even pass onto my partner. I would recommend to anyone to have a look and read about the extra resources too. I will be taking many tips and especially the breathing exercises and health advice linked to the NHS website on food, exercise and sleep. A special thank you to the iHasco team for such a well thought course. Thank you! M
Our health is very important hence no human being could be productive if they are illhealth mentally and physically. This short course highlights the fundamentals of how to remain aware of what to do to remain wellbeing and productive at work. I will recommend this course to everyone who wants to stay alert of what contributes to the wellbeing of an individual.
Good to remember simple ways to stay mentally fit.
Very clear presentation. Great knowledge. Great graphics/images etc.
The subject matter was delivered at a good pace and in small chunks which made it easier to take in (which made the pass mark of 80% easier to achieve)….which meant less stress!!!
I thought that this module was really interesting and the animations were amazing! Very easy to understand/follow and so important in the current climate. Just the right length to hold people's attention.

I thought it was interesting, it gave me food for thought and a better understanding of the differing forms of mental health issues, as well as making me take a look at myself and the simple coping mechanisms I can apply. I believe it also gave me a better understanding of why colleagues sometimes behave the way they do and I will certainly be there for friends, family and colleagues in the future
Easy to listen to the trainers and the PowerPoints helped lighten the course.
This learning is really positive as it helps to normalise and increase awareness of mental health and the impact it can have on us. I particularly liked the use of mindfulness and think that this is something we can all incorporate into our daily lives.
