A good overall appreciation of the well being of others
Will make staff more aware of issues they can address and management about how to support and assist staff
Relevant, well-paced and informative.
I found the course very interesting as it gave you different scenarios that you could relate to. It stamps home that mental illness needs to be recognised and should not have a stigma attached. It also makes you more aware of how important it is to talk to people for both yourself and others. I enjoyed doing the course and found the suggested tools interesting. Thank you

This was a very useful and interesting course which opens the mind to different ways of thinking/working, whilst also creating awareness of those around us.
very interesting, having a partner who is now suffering from anxiety and depression this has been a very helpful tool, if doing again I would watch from start to finish as I watched in part and then completed
It is a shame that the supporting course resources cannot be made available to download and print so that they can be used in conjunction with the e-learning package.
