Good course, concise and helpful

Well presented course that strives to press that Mental Health is nothing to be embarrassed about. Provides key information to aid the identification of Mental Health issues but stresses that this is just a guide and professional help is vital.

Easy to follow

Easy & informative

Very informative.

This training was so easy to understand.. Very helpful and mindful about how to approach the taboo of mental health illness..

The screen kept glitching

It would have been fine, if the actors didn't keep glitching. I missed important information and had to work out some parts for myself. Also there was a lot of lip-syncing.

3/5
Very relatable, clearly presented.

Good, but could be better

Good info on mental and physical health, but the presentation does not really cover the spiritual side of a human's health (we are physical, emotional and spiritual beings). It did though indirectly encourage using techniques rooted in harmful eastern & new age religions with some of the alternative therapies (acupuncture, yoga, reflexology, homeopathy, reiki, etc). If you just want to cover physical & mental health, these alternative therapies should be removed. If you want to cover more fully about human well-being, I would suggest you incorporate the teachings of Jesus Christ (e.g. confess wrongdoing, be willing to change bad behaviour, seek God's forgiveness, forgive others who have wronged you, love God and love others as you love yourself, etc). https://www.health.harvard.edu/mind-and-mood/the-power-of-forgiveness

Clear, concise and accurate information

My only comment really would be that I am not sure whether people who haven't had mental illness really appreciate what someone is going through. Is there a way you can emphasise that? Having been a sufferer myself I know that this is the case. Unless people can see you are ill they don't understand...

I didn't think it was great to be honest

A good overview providing detailed links

The course was well thought our and dispelled some myths. I liked the additional resources for further learning.

Very useful and informative.

The course was very well put together and extremely helpful. I have downloaded the Mental Health Welbeing PDF and will be genuinely using some of the tips given in the course.
