The test was a joke. Questions far too simple - I only made an error as I mistakenly clicked too early on an answer.
Highlights the affects of not being aware of colleagues who maybe suffering in silence.
I enjoy doing courses online, in the comfort of my own home, I'm more relaxed.
Important content, explained in a easy way with good visual resources. The additional resources as guides, tips and videos are very good. Thank you for make it simple but efficient.
Very easy to understand and learn about mental awareness. The course was informative.
I felt that the course was short but precise in information given with lots of examples. I like the pictures as it helped me to engage more with the training. I have learnt some new things and have taken on board all the suggestions about assisting and helping to overcome mental illness and al the things that you can do to help promote good wellbeing and mental health. I will use the information i have gained today to help family members that are really suffering with mental health and will signpost ideas/suggestions to colleagues going forward in the hopes that it will benefit them.
Well-presented in short easily-accessible sections, with additional resources available if required.
The course gives a very good quantity and quality information. The explanations of mental illnesses are very clear and well structured. Furthermore, the additional content makes it more interesting and gives extra value to the course. What I really enjoyed are the tools, they are easy to follow and to implement them easily in everyday life to ourselves and others. It was worth it to get notes for future references. Thank you.
