Excellent

Normalising the topic is a huge hurdle, but this course is great. It should be mandatory for everyone BUT only if managers are trained to respond in a positive manner if an employee speaks to them. Response from managers has varied, in my case, from Very supportive indeed, to telling me not to discuss my mental health at work as "that's what a GP is for". Its hard to get beyond that response as it make it difficult to take the risk the next time.

Dull.

Useful content but aimed at the wrong audience.

Helpful, well-paced overview

A helpful, well-paced overview of mental health, why it is so important, some of the things to look out for and gentle, practical advice for seeking help.

5/5
Helpful and informative.

Some useful knowledge and tools for assisting with one's own mental health and wellbeing and that of one's staff. We will definitely make use of the Wellbeing Action Plan. A well delivered training module at the right pace with suitable content.

good training

I thought the training was useful, especially how to recognise different mental health imbalances in yourself and others and how to ask for help. One suggestion I have to make is: During the training, a 'partner' was often mentioned (as a solution, someone to talk to …). This could maybe be changed to friend or partner. Not everyone has a partner and this may make people feel more lonely or as if they do not have anyone to confide in or to speak to if they don't have a 'prtner'. Thanks.

Informative and easy to follow.

Informative and easy to follow. The combination of pictures and narrative kept the mind focused and although each topic was only touched on briefly it gave a great overview and also provided basic techniques into how mental health can be improved.

Very informative and concise.

A very informative and concise online training course with a nice variety of video editing and supportive graphics which held my attention. The presenters script was clear, articulate and delivered professionally but with the right enthusiasm to maintain my engagement and focus.Well done all involved.
