This was very inciteful, I wasn't aware of all the different types of mental health issues you could be trying to just muddle through thinking your overreacting.
Very good basic level course and great resources
Good to see mental health being a top priority.
That was a great introduction to Mental Health, and has made me more aware of contributing factors and helpful techniques that can be employed to manage my mental health at work. Nice presentation, that doesn't make you sit and try to digest all at once, but breaks it down in to manageable sections. I found it particularly useful that supporting information for each subject was linked directly to the presentation that was being watched.
Went into good coping measures and techniques on how to combat negative thoughts and a sense of overwhelming.
This training was very beneficial and provided good downloadable content to keep for future use as well as a good video explanations. An important tool for everyone in the work place.
I went into the course with a fair degree of cynicism but it was surprisingly interesting, thought provoking and informative.
After watching this I realise that I am stressed, I have a very poorly 86 year old dad, my brother is having a tumour removed and half of his bowel today, we just had to have our cat put to sleep and I moved in to a new house 3 weeks ago! I am going to use the mindfulness breathing technique and also try and turn every negative thought in to a positive from here on in! 😊
A very concise and educational course taught in a really nice calming way. Really enjoyed it.
