Good information, simple to understand - good for all levels, those with more knowledge - its a reminder of how to help. For individuals who are experiencing mental health issues, it is very positive and makes it 'normal' to be talking or asking for help.
I believe this section needs to be reviewed based on the consumer taking the quiz itself. A highlighted question that I showed to someone who has had issues with mental health over the years this question was : Next Time you notice a negative thought what's the best thing to do ? the answer that is required is think of a positive one, to me this is slightly insensitive to someone who may be dealing with mental health issue insinuating that if you notice you have a negative thought its okay because you can think of a positive one and your problems are solved, it almost generalises a complexity that is mental health and assumes that someone who is having a negative thought has the ability to do this

sometimes a little workplace course can come just at the right time, the content of this one resonates with the issues and problems that family and clients are going through during lockdown,
this was very interesting and gives an insight into mental health issues and how to perhaps assist
Very interesting and informative giving you a overall information about your own wellbeing and stages of looking after your self working colleagues
found this course very clear and easy to follow and understand. Good bullet points presented at the end of each stage helped to remember the stage modules main discussion points.
