This course was interesting and factual. It helped my knowledge on the subject of Mental Heath Awareness.

This course covers most common complaints and could be helpful in some circumstances.
I didn't gain anything from this course, l was aware of everything this course offered; it was too long, and bland. However, l haven't given it a low rating because if it even helps once person then it's worthwhile, even if it shows one person the value of "belly breathing" and helps them through the day then this has not been a waste of time.

I think it is a very important and informative course. Lot's of information.
The video tutorial on Mental Health awareness was interesting and helped the information stick in my memory. One recommendation is to allow the user to skip back and forward in a video, as apposed to having to watch the video in entirety again, if they missed one piece of information to save time.

Well designed course and effective use of animation, coupled with "live" presentation. Disappointed in not achieving 100% - 1 question I failed to read properly and the other 2 were just plain clumsy, though I have always rated anxiety and depression as equally debilitating, hence my making the wrong 50/50 choice (in my opinion). In these times of forced changes, I felt this course was excellent, possibly signalling the way forward. Thank you.
