This course covers the main issues affecting people’s mental health. I found it easy to understand as the topics covered were easy to follow and they were explained clearly & precisely. Is a good introduction to a subject with some very complex & varied causes.
focused on the bigger picture of mental health no unnecessary medical jargon with useful tips and resources to access easily

Made me aware of all the signs of mental health. Very interesting especially through this pandemic, as it is becoming more common.
The Test is wrong. Smoking is not a working practice...it is a very unhealthy, nauseous and life-threatening personal habit that employers must eradicate if they believe in Health & Safety. No smoking shelters, no fire hazards, no cigarette fumes or solvent vapour....ban it! Save the NHS and the taxpayer a huge amount of money....healthy workforce, healthy community it is a win-win-win.
I enjoyed the course, it made me think more about mental health, how to reduce the stigma and spot the signs to look out for in friends, family and colleagues (and my own mental health). I think this should be shared across the organisation as a useful tool to use and also recognise that support and help is available. The presenters were engaging, clear and concise.
Excellent delivery of informative course content given the limited time frame. Appreciate the use of additional links/resources for further information/understanding. I personally believe that this course would also be very useful to secondary & third level students to help them cope with the discussed topics.
