Bit difficult some questions
I found the course, quite helpful and a good reminder to us all. Who may at different times in our Life's, experience one or two of these moments and not know what to do or why it is happening to us or other people.
Course was very informative and at the right level. The course itself and the support material were of a very high standard.
I really liked the format, bitesize chunks easy to get hold of.

I found the overall course quite good but it still includes language that feeds into mental health problem. In addition, there should be a section on addiction as this is a serious mental health problem which is often misunderstood and taboo. In terms of language, the word "should" is used quite often, as are references to improved productivity etc. It is important that the course does not reinforce harmful messages such as "work is everything", "you should take care of your mental health because it's good for work", which reinforces the message than money, success, and career are the foundations for happiness.
A great course. Each module was informative with little use of jargon. All terms used were clearly defined. The variety of delivery ie: using a male and a female presenter, cartoons, diagrams, length of videos, additional information mean that it's really accessible to the lay person.
