It is interactive and clear information to follow. The only issue I had is my name is Harshini Naresh but the link sent by my tutor was Harshin Naresh. I tried to change it but it was not possible. Please can you help me to change my name in my certificate as I will be using this certificate from my employment

I found the presentation clear and easy to listen to. The topic was interesting and thought provoking, with extra information and guidelines for perusal if required. I especially liked the practical breathing tool which broke up the presentation and allowed me to refresh before continuing. Final test reiterated the points that were discussed throughout the training session.
