I don't think I suffer with any mental health issues, not so say I wont in the future, so not as easy to recognise without this course. It does however make me more aware of others who may be suffering and be hopefully I can be compassionate, patient and supportive.
Not keen on the wording in one of the questions:Which of these is the brave choice if you're struggling with your mental health? A. Suffering in silence. B. Asking for help.It separates those dealing with mental health challenges--and being able to talk about it--into 'brave' and 'not brave', which isn't overly helpful.
Really informative course with some useful resources. Videos of high quality.
Sometimes they are far too long the courses this was just about right very informative also liked test not too long just about right and not multiple questions
It was quite straightforward, with lots of information and links to extra helpful information on the various mental health problems. It may well encourage people to talk about their problems, not bottling them up. Hopefully it can change people who don't believe that many of these conditions are real, to more understanding frame of mind.
