In your attachments to the presentations it states that chemical imbalance is no longer a statement used since the 1990's you may need to consider removing this from your presentation.

A lot of it is common sense

Although much is common sense, like heathy eating and exercise, I found the section on turning negative thoughts into positive thoughts helpful and the impact our thoughts have on our wellbeing was particularly helpful as I tend to overthink and worry. I need to learn and train myself not to do this. I found the impact of our thoughts the most interesting and helpful.

Found it interesting and applicable

Feel it may need a bit of adjustment now more than ever, to involve current situations that everyone is living through - connections to health and Mental health - effects of home working/living no socializing not normal way of life for everyone. Its like a Grief (loss)of what used to be for everyone - worry for the generation of children who have had to deal with it as an adult its been difficult/confusing/scary.
