A bit slow but made it clear that it's important and that it can affect anyone, and that things can often be done to improve things.

This course does provide very little information for staff who are trained in Psychology. The WAP is interesting but everything else is not worth the time spent on it.
This was a really good training session. It gave me a greater understanding of how mental health affects us as adults in full time employment.
This was a good course for those who have no prior knowledge about mental health & in the work place. Lots of subjects covered. Great stuff.
The course was very thought provoking with some really helpful tips, both for looking after my own mental health and also what signs to look for in others
Good overview of issues, when to seek help or support, how and where to seek help and support including tools and links to external guidance
The content is good and presentation is very easy to follow. Overall a good course and worth watching. Two small gripes: 1. Most of the additional resources wouldn't load for me. 2. I'm sure I heard the phrase "mental health illness" in there - not sure if that was a mistake or an attempt to avoid the phrase "mental illness", but it sounded odd.
This course has definitely identified my need to look after my mental health and ensure I address my personal needs as much as I look out for my colleagues.
