was ok for somebody who has no understanding of mental health as a starting point . As im not a fan of online courses im probably a bit to negative , but i understand this is the way its going although it doesnt suit me thanks
It highlights many areas which you would not normally think about and how you can make some changers if needed.
Great course. It really helped me to understand about mental health and the signs that can lead it mental health issues.
