Found it educational and helpful, reminds most essentials which are usually forgotten.
This training would be good for someone new to the subject. But I felt it was slightly patronising for more experienced staff .But any training is better than none so thanks for it.

Covers Mental health thoroughly although being able to put the advice into practice can be difficult. I looked into CBT a few months back and didn't find it helpful, setting goals however simple makes you feel worse if you cannot achieve them. It also helps if your employers or boss is helpful and sympathetic, unfortunately...
Completing this course actually made me more aware of how I can improve my own mental health and made me think of situations which could have been handled differently. I found it very enjoyable to complete
I had just completed the managing anxiety course before this one and felt there was some cross over
This a subject that is very important to all. We all should be aware of mental health as it affects everyone in one way or another..
