I am an adult. I do not need to be read to. I could quite easily read this myself and move on at my own pace without needing a video and having to wait to move on. I don't feel I learn as much as I would if I could read and absorb information myself, as I find the video aspect quite irritating. There should be the option to read OR watch and listen.
the course content was very good and highlighted many aspects of mental health issues that may not be addressed. However, I felt some of the answers to the test questions were flippant and detracted from the very real dangers of mental health issues.
I thought this was the best course for me as I am on a mental health first aiders course. It has very good content and has helped me with my course.

I found that as this course is in bitesize pieces it was easier to work through and understand. An excellent course.
Great course, very useful and helpful links, and guidance
Mental health is so precious and can be influenced by many things, so it is good to get information about it and train our awareness to be more sensitive to it.

Good course, 4 stars as the test had some perhaps too basic a questions in (all be it I clicked 2 wrongly in error!)
This course has reminded me of the importance of positive thinking
