It's positive

The best thing about the course is the emphasis on positive action to ensure mental (and physical) well being through exercise, good diet and positive thoughts.

Far better than i envisaged .

The training was very informative and interesting , and made me realise that I've actually had a few "mental" issues myself recently that perhaps should have be dealt with in a better manner.

Great Overview/Approach

This provided a high level insight into Mental Health with sufficient detail to address all areas that should be highlighted and how to approach them. Good insight on a number of considerations and it made the viewer feel relaxed about the topic without the "stigma".

Very informative and well presented.

Very well presented. Slides are just the right length so are able to capture your attention without bogging you down with too much information at once. All subjects are covered in a concise way..straight to the point. I have learned much from this course. Thanks!

simple and easy to understand

i love how it easy it was to understand, very well thought out. Not offensive in anyway to any kind of person. I shall recommend this to others in the business. Loved the graphics as well, very relevant and a true reflection.
