It is good that there is a lot of extra resources and material for those who need it. I already use a meditation app and find it very useful, but I might look at some of the others recommended, because it is always good to practice mindfulness techniques.

For the most part this training missed the point. For one, there simply should not be a test. Secondly, this training needs to decide whether it is a tool for colleagues, managers and workers to notice low/poor mental health in others and offer support or whether it is a tool to help those suffering with poor mental health to manage it and be able to seek help.

Easy to follow course, with lots of very helpful additional resources.
Well presented vitally important topic. I like that it stressed that there are many options available for individuals who feel that they be affected by mental health issues, stressed that reporting issues is not a weakness and that no shame should be attached.
Covered the way employees managers and colleagues should approach mental health.
