I reviewed this as a potential resource to 'open up' the dialogue in our organisation, and having watched it I believe it is a brilliant first step to establishing a better basic awareness of mental health - including how it can affect ALL of us. It covers an overview of wide range of mental health illnesses and concerns in a straightforward way and the additional resources are great for anyone who wants to learn more, or needs more information in support of maintaining their own mental health. We already had plans in place to roll out a WAP across the organisation, so having this available directly from the training session is great! We will definitely be rolling this out as part of building a culture of positive mental health.
