Very informative, well presented and delivered. I think it is a great way to reach the masses and to help people to take time to assess and consider their mental health. Many have no inclination to explore this subject nor an understanding of impact their mental health may be having on their lives. The links to additional information and informative explantions is also a wonderful tool and olive branch to help those who would perhaps be reluctant to seek help but maybe help and encourage them to reach out for support.

The presentation including is easy to follow and understand. Kindly include practical demonstration on areas where examples were being given. I would recommend more advanced courses in future

The last question was ambiguous and I felt it could have been answered either way.

The training course gave me a very good insight about mental health issues. It is simple to follow and covers enough ground to help me be more aware of mental health issues that could or are affecting me and others. It clearly explains different ways to deal with problems by looking at them differently and it made me aware that having good physical health is a good way to improve mental health. It offers advice on diet and exercises to suit all ages and levels of fitness. I was very impressed.
