Simple tips and straight forward advice, i liked the change in presenters as this made the course more interesting, It would be good if you can access the extra information after the course, as you are not made aware if this is possible.
I really enjoyed doing this course and thinking about how I will apply it professionally and personally.
It allows one to know what mental health awareness is all about and how it can be controlled and maintained. Thanks

Some helpful reminders about keeping an eye on everyone's Mental Wellbeing.
A good course covering all the main types of mental illness from stress and anxiety to depression. Coping mechanisms and approaches to improving mental health are positive. I was disappointed however that there was no reference to the power of prayer, as opposed to meditation which is different for those of us who have a belief in something greater than ourselves. This has been the way I have coped with mental health challenges, and although not 'recognised' by those who do not have a belief beyond their own mental ability to ultimately help themselves with external practical help by others, is important for many people and should be mentioned.

This course is an excellent overview and starting point for anyone to learn about mental health. It not only help you to manage your own unconscious bias, but brings focus to your own needs and how you can improve your personal and work life. A must have course for everyone.
The training is very good. It liked the way the information was presented by both speakers and those animations in between. I did not give 5 stars as the only available language is English. It would be better to have them in different common languages e.g. French, German, Italian, Spanish. At least subtitles would be good for colleagues who are not that familiar with English. Thanks a lot anyway. It feels good our company is aware of this potential illness which is becoming more and more important...unfortunately.
