Excellent - why no retakes ?

This course on mental health was clear and well planned, - the speakers were excellent - and I enjoyed the emphasis on the fact that mental health is just one part of our make up. My only query would be that on reaching the end there was a test with the rather ominous warning - you will not be able to retake the test - and you must pass 70% to pass. As I have done a few of these courses recently and there is no opportunity to 'undo' any answers I felt this was undue pressure especially given the subject matter. Perhaps a more gentle approach? Would it not be possible if a particular test is failed to offer a redo - but with the questions randomly scrambled - and/or a few swapped for other questions? Overall though, I thought it was an excellent introduction to this important subject.

Great course to have helping you to be positive and aware of your mental state.

Very interesting

I found this course very interesting as I do suffer from anxiety myself.

Excellent holistic approach

Excellent coverage of a very complex and often misunderstood subject. I am a Cancer patience who has had to become my wife's primary support .( 5 Years. Major Brain Surgery and Stroke. ) I can recognize every aspect of course, and I have used almost every item from toolbox. Glad to say that I have always remained positive and focused . My work has given me the ability to escape home demands and surround myself with great support workers and day to day work challenges, which has kept my self esteem high, and motivated.

Very useful

I've just come back from being off sick with stress so found many of the indicators and triggers ran true with my experiences.

A good insight into mental health

A good opening course to create awareness so you can spot the signs of mental health and be aware of anxiety issues and causes of depression with a view to encourage talking about it and self help techniques to promote general well being to improve your mood and to give you tools to encourage and help both yourself and others to train their minds to think and act more positively.

A Good Clear and Concise Course

Whilst I found the course good, I personally find the over emphasise on Mental Health Issues at the present to be over the top. As a retired serviceman of over 40 years the expression ''Man Up and get over it'' was perhaps unacceptable but we seem to have completely swung the other way. Do we really need to do this year on year, surely a refresher every three years, like First Aid would be more appropriate.
