Interesting. Hmmmm.
I loved this course. I am very interested in mental health and the issues it can cause us. I have never strayed away from discussing my own mental health problems and this course gave me insight into how I canalso encourage others to be more open about their mental health.
I have used some of the Mental health wellbeing sites personally and they helped me to return to work
The course is total wase of time and pander to the maligerer in the group
