A lot of content and a lot that hit home on a personal level with what I'm dealing with currently.
Great little course highlighting most of the aspects of mental health and helping you to recognise the signs. The only thing I don’t like is the video lengths.I wish they were longer so I didn’t have to keep clicking the next video every minute.
Well made course, with mix of different presenters and graphics. Some good extra materials as well.

Good course with great content and lots of practical ideas. I thought it was one of the best online training courses that I have done.
