I hate the videos!!!I would rather read the text and answer the questions - which can be read in less than half the time it takes for the video to play out – BUT of course, you have deliberately locked down the timer, meaning I have to sit waiting and wasting my time for the video catch up on every occasion. Multiply that by 30 and you'll understand why I've scored this so low. literally could have done this in 10 minutes!!
Course would benefit anyone
would encourage any one to do this course as can help with home and work life
Very good in helping me understand some personal issues
The course made me think of how I should behave and how I have behaved in the past, although I already new some of what was explained it brought things to the front of my mind again. I need to keep a constant watch on how I feel and how people around me feel,
The course was very informative and highlighted many enlightening points we take for granted in our everyday life, the area the course hasn't considered or has overlooked, is that some people become very stressed and stop listening as they are fearful of taking tests. knowing a test was coming at the end of this presentation caused my heart rate to rise and my concentration levels dip.. maybe consider putting the question at the front of the presentation and at the end also to be completed twice and not call it a test but a summery of the information given. Thank you
I feel having a test question after each section would have been better. I tired after 40 minutes and answering all the questions at the end when tired stressed me out. Not a great feeling after a mental awareness course and answering a couple wrong because of this.
