Good course content well constructed and thought provoking. Broke past taboos over mental health.

Better configured than diversity course

I must say I found the diversity course somewhat patronising, I get the course needs to be arranged for a wide range of viewers, but the Mental Health course did not give me that sensation, much better.

Helps understand what people go through.

No doubt this is a brave thing to talk about, people do need help, losing a job, cant pay the bills, not being able to see your children, and trying to deal with the loss of a loved one. Is there really enough help out there to deal with this, I don't think so, we have to do more for these poor people who suffer in silence.
