didn't realize how much involved this subject was it was an eye opener for sure but got satisfaction out out of it

addressed all forms of mental health with just enough content to keep the user engaged and also go away and implement some of the items picked up in the course. Excellent messaging about the illness and how we need to break down the stigma associated with those struggling with mental health and that it doesn't define a person as its just one aspect of their character that needs help/support just like any other illness.

Personifying mental illnesses as different "monsters" you drag around was insensitive and not a nice representation. Some people are born with these mental illnesses or inherit them from relatives and cannot treat them away. Perceiving them as monsters gave the impression that all people who suffer with MH issues to be a really bad thing and fed the stigma not helped see it as a less taboo subject.

I found the course to be very helpful and fulfilling, there were a lot of helpful tips and suggestions that I would not have thought of, it gave me more confidence in knowing that help and support there if necessary and it was a really good course.
