im a MHFA and it did not give enough info on types of illness, even though I got 100% I did not enjoy it.
A really insight in to how different issues can have a different effect on not only yourself but also on the people around you.
Many of these concepts were already familiar/known but all good reminders nonetheless.

The course is divided up into short bite-sized chunks, and is introduced by two clearly-spoken presenters with some simple graphics to illustrate the points they are making. The course is not too long and offers links to resources that can help to deepen the understanding gained through this overview. A good basic introduction to lay people with issues of Mental Health.
As the title suggests, it makes people aware! As a long-time First Aider, it's something that I find interesting and I would always be keen to learn more on this subject.
I found this really useful, well presented, honest, practical and empowering. Thank you.
