I found the course useful as a broad overview and a reminder for people to be aware of their own (and their colleagues) mental health. I hope it will help people to speak more openly to destigmatize mental health issues. I do feel that some things were not described in full - I think CBT and Anxiety could have been explained slightly better but that is just a minor comment. It certainly gives everyone a basic level of understanding which is needed and it shared information about how to access support.
Great for YOU and your Client!

I have moderate anxiety and some animations, especially busy, scratchy or fast moving animations like on slide 11, are a particular trigger for me. Given that this is a mental health course, fewer dark/gloomy graphics should be used. I don't think enough thought has been put into how people with clinical disorders would see this course. I don't feel it would be particularly suitable for those with epilepsy either.
Very good presentation on an important subject that people find difficult to express and fully understand at all levels
