I like that there are different resources available and that you can go back and download them if you ever needed one of them. Overall quite good and easy to watch.
I have done several mental health awareness courses throughout the years and I believe that this is one of the best.
Recognising the signs of Mental health is highly important and this course helps you to identify that and also gives information about how yo deal with it to the very best that you can with lots more positive information to help anyone who either struggles with Mental health or for those that know people that are. Thank you
Very informative with some useful tips. I will try and think more positively in future.
This training is fantastic and informative. It's worth noting the Samaritans have multiple ways in which you can contact them, not just over a phone call. If other styles of contact are better for you I suggest checking out the Samaritans website for the other contact details- including texting and emailing.
A lot of information given in bite sized chunks, easy to assimilate and relate to.

I have enjoyed this course, made me aware of how quick we can slip into a mental health issue without noticing and I have learned/confirmed that speaking to someone is not being weak but the contrary. It proofs you are getting aware and concerned that something is not right and you want to take care of yourself, give it a solution, feel better and move on in a positive shape. Thanks for this valuable course. Ascen
I liked this course because it made me realize that there are a few resources that we can use to help us with the different types of mental issues.
