interesting and informative

a very good course which discusses the importance of not suffering in silence, and addressing so called taboos of mental health and not allowing it to define you, this has helped me to feel less singular in my thoughts, and encouraged me to seek further advice and identify that I am part of the people who don't think this is what I have

Excellent

The course was very educative as it was good to know that everyone has mental health, just like how everyone has physical health. Mental health includes the well=being of our mind, emotions, and social interactions. It affects as well how we feel, think and how we behave. Many people experience poor mental health when they are they are struggling to deal with difficulty situation. This training has raised an awareness on how to view mental health, how we can try to avoid it as LSA, and which techniques we can use to help students who are facing mental health.
