In isolation this course falls short of the mark. Without being delivered as part of a business specific wider course, I felt that many of the people who view this would still be fearful of speaking up.
I enjoyed this training as I felt it is very relevant and current in our every day lives including work environment. Just the right amount of content to keep the user engaged.
