The material is very well organised and the presenters are very good.
Most of our work-based problems, and even personal problems, can be solved if people are exposed to, and understand, this course properly. It contains simple tasks and instructions which, if carried out properly will alleviate our mental health problems. It is very informative and I could "see myself" in various aspects of the course; I did identify with most of the course's offering. Most of the simple things we do not realise or some we take for granted happen to be the things that will enormously improve our mental well being. This course should be industry standard and I whole heartedly recommend it to anyone who is interested in ALL aspects of mental well being
I believe the test subject matter wasn't acceptable. It felt like it wasn't something to take serious which is disheartening.

I like how the course was broken down in to easy to follow sections which each had their own relevance! It taught me a few new things that i did not already know and also had some good signposting links
Very good course.
A very informative and useful course
Lots of good content and information. Was a bit worried about the test as there wasn't the usual bullet points but actually was common sense. May be worth saying the test is straightforward.
