really good clear refresher

Very good clear course touching several aspects of mental health, especially in the workplace. Really useful as a reminder of all the good things we should be doing, and all the signs to look out for in ourselves and our colleagues, friends and loved ones.

Great support resources available.

You say at the beginning, quite rightly, that there should be no stigma surrounding talking about mental health and that is should be normalised, but then throughout the training represent mental health issues as cartoons of scary and weird monster/alien type creatures. If we are trying to make the consideration of mental health issues part of 'normal' life, representing mental illnesses as monsters is anything but! Also, the test question about staying in or pushing slightly out of your comfort zone is entirely subjective.
