I personally suffer from mental health issues being a born worrier and suffering from anxiety issues so this will be helpful for meThank you
Much of this topic is 'common sense' but the way that it is presented is very important. The iHasco approach of informing, explaining and encouraging recipients to share their concerns and issues was very good.

A good eye opener for people who do not understand mental health

A nice balance of the science and the encouragement for people to open up.
Sensible if mostly self-evident mental health information and advice, clearly presented if rather dumbed-down. As usual with these courses, phenomenally slow pace and trainees forced to sit through the entire video, rather than read and absorb the transcript in half the time. One very sinister bit about sharing your wellness plan with your employer "although it's not a legal requirement" to have one: I should hope not!
Enjoyed completing the training , as I have suffered myself in the past with Mental Health issues and very much felt it was not to be talked about in the past . Courses like this make it more acceptable in every day working life that anyone could suffer from this and also still carry on with holding a job down and dealing with every day life .

This course is very helpful when you notice changes in other people behaviour, could mean that they need help but haven't recognised it themselves
