Interesting, informative.

Would have been better to be in person for this kind of subject. It did provide links to give good information which was useful and they were interesting.

Gave background and insight into Mental health illness. Lots of resources and things to implement in the workplace

Not the best

I think some elements are good however some elements seem patronising or could be triggering to someone already suffering from poor mental health. For example:It mentions about eating disorders and then goes on to talk about which foods are good for you and which foods are bad, listing examples like fatty foods, salty foods or sugary foods. For those struggling with an eating disorder this information can do a lot of harm and cause a lot of issues. Also, the arty, dramatic images that showcase 'What could cause mental illness' e.g. Grief, financial struggles and relationship issues are unnecessary and makes these things seem daunting by adding dark effects to the images etc. There are sections that say things like 'if your having negative thoughts try having positive ones' this over simplify's peoples struggles, and does not actually sympathise with how hard these changes can be for someone with mental health issues.I have a few other things to say but fear that I will run out of space. Such as the characters that represent mental illness and the discussion around 'what is actually a weakness when it comes to mental illness' etc

Straightforward, easy to follow

The course is easy to follow and everything is explained clearly. It could benefit from breaking up the film clips with some interactive sections. It seemed quite long but perhaps this is because I did it all in one sitting.
