I feel like this was okay for explaining mental health and identifying symptoms to people who haven't experienced any serious issues, and I think it did well at getting across the need to care of your body and mind. It would perhaps have been useful to have more on how it relates to events in the workplace, e.g. anxiety can show itself as avoiding work social events or not speaking up in meetings, depression can show itself as standards slipping, becoming more confrontational, emotional outbursts etc. And I don't think it was clear that people are protected from mental health discrimination by law (so they don't feel like if they tell their boss they will be sacked).
It would be good to be able to reread the modules - cannot see how to do this.

This course is a helpful reminder for what is a very important issue. It was easy to follow and had some really good tips and guidelines about maintaining a positive mental health as well as prompts and advice about what to do when we have poor mental wellbeing and health.

Whilst this can be a difficult subject to deal with personally, I realised that I am affected by some of the content discussed as part of the course from time to time. The course provided a positive reassurance that we can only do what we can in the time that we have, and to always talk about my feelings with someone that I trust.
