Liked the broad focus covering service users, employees and agencies. Very informative.
This training was an eye opener . Even though I do not suffer from mental health problem . Could relate to some symptoms and causes which made me think how I can look at things differently in the future. The breathing technique even though simple really does help me to stay calm and focused , but the most important thing I learned was you never know what people are going through , so being there for your colleagues so they can approach you is very important one day who knows I may need help and I would like to think I could tell someone my problems . The corse is very good basic but informative not long to bore but not to short to take no notice of, and gives you the motivation to find out more if you wish too .
I really enjoyed this course and it increased my confidence and understanding of this area
Made me realize how big a problem this is in the construction industry
The right length of time to get the message over clearly and helpfully. Good references to go to for extra reading and help.

The course is full of useful information about various mental health types and symptoms to make us more aware of these and to seek help when we need it. It also encourages us to do something about it or act on it if we see other people particularly colleagues who show a pattern of unusual behavior.
