Useful information and helpful

Makes you aware of how important good mental health is in work and personal life. Good course.

5/5
Soulless and purpose confusing

I wasn't sure what I was supposed to be getting from this training - it felt like a real mixed bag of raising awareness and then giving mental health tips. I left the training thinking that if I had a genuine problem with anxiety or depression etc. and I'd done this, it would have left me feeling significantly worse. The content in the course felt very impersonal and was presented in quite a corporate and emotionless way, particularly the parts with the speakers on screen against white backgrounds. The fact that they were the same speakers as the other training video made it obvious they're not subject matter experts and just actors reading from a script. A sensitive subject like this would be better handled in a more personal, human way from genuine subject matter experts or people who've suffered with these issues in my o/p.

Very good and informative - everyone

Everyone has an outside life which cannot always be left at the door and it shouldn't be underestimated how much having a happy speak free environment helps with mental health.

good ideas, needs nuance, q's not useful

good content re: the seriousness, causes and possible solutions to low mental health.personally i think there should be more focus on self-compassion and forgiveness, as often (mental) health targets can appear like another burden, another item on a growing to-do list. so it could be good to emphasise that even if you set realistic goals and fail them (e.g. making a healthy lunch), it doesn't make you a failure. maybe this is something to talk about when 'positive thinking/framing' is discussed - that every step you take in the right direction is a good achievement, and you shouldnt be measuring yourself up against perfect standards of someone who has every aspect of their life sorted.and yeah the questions were not thought provoking at all and barely tested retention of the material

A very informative course.

As someone who has experienced depression recently I found the course helpful and interesting. Small things do sometimes make all the difference.

Clear and easy to understand

Very good training session for anyone who is unaware of mental health issues facing many day to day. Lots of information on the basics and potential solutions on how to get help, if required.
