Very useful and confidence building

I'd now have no hesitation is discussing mental health, particularly overloading issues with my manager.

An excellent Course

I have a clearer understanding of the manifestation of mental ill health, their causes and issues; and better attention to maintenance of mental health and well-being. For me, this training raises the profile of mental illness (particularly stress, depression and anxiety). It provides knowledge and guidance for daily wellbeing-management, which aims to remove the stigma surrounding the condition. The Tutors: help to re-enforce our current position on the route map of our learning and provides a balanced view that rejuvenates our enthusiasm for the learning process. As usual, they come across as empathetic and genuine.

Good clear videos and supporting information

Lost interest when gender discussed

Lost interest very early on when discussing how difficult it is to talk about mental health issues and the sentence ended in "especially men". I would have felt the same if it had been "especially women" It was a really patronising comment.
